In coordination with the CYM Sports Coordinator, direct and oversee the complex operational and logistical strategies for the CYM Sports program and other large-scale diocesan events, ensuring compliance with diocesan standards and policies. 

Formulate, evaluate, and finalize comprehensive seasonal schedules for sports programs; analyze and resolve parish scheduling conflicts and facility availability constraints aligned with CYM policy.

Act as a primary point of contact and advisor for head coaches and parish sport coordinators, independently resolving general sport inquiries, program scheduling, and rules interpretation in sport-specific rules and regulations.

Serve as an official, on-site CYM representative at select athletic competitions and championships, exercising autonomous decision-making authority and independent judgment to resolve immediate operational crises and safety incidents.

In coordination with the CYM Sports Coordinator, develop, execute, and evaluate marketing logistics and promotional campaigns across all CYM communication channels; strategically manage the CYM and CYM Sports websites and digital assets to ensure accurate program representation.

In coordination with the CYM Sports Coordinator, schedule and confirm locations for general preseason and postseason meetings for coaches, committees, and athletic association representatives.

In coordination with CYM Sports Operation Coordinator, assist with information preparation and attend preseason, postseason meeting for coaches in boys' basketball.

In coordination with CYM Sports Operation Coordinator, attend and execute basketball championship(s) for varsity programs.

In coordination with CYM Sports Operation Coordinator, review office prepared schedule for boys' basketball.

In coordination with CYM Sports Coordinator, communicate with IAABO and CYM Basketball Officials Coordinator necessary boys' basketball changes.

In coordination with CYM Sports  Coordinator, assist with the interpretation of basketball regulations and rules when necessary involving boys' basketball.

In coordination with CYM Sports  Coordinator, assist with the monitoring of unsportsmanlike and technical fouls  in boys' basketball, and provide commentary for disciplinary actions imposed onto player, coach, or program by CYM.

Serve on 100 Year Basketball Tournament Committee

In coordination with CYM Sports Operation Coordinator, assist with information preparation and attend preseason, postseason meeting for coaches in girls' basketball.

In coordination with CYM Sports Operation Coordinator, attend and execute basketball championship(s) for varsity programs.

In coordination with CYM Sports Operation Coordinator, review office prepared schedule for girls' basketball.
