For urgent matters requiring immediate assistance within 12 hours, please contact the CYM Sports Coordinator or appropriate sports-specific coordinator through communicated channel. Otherwise, please allow 24 hours for response.
- Reminder for parents that the CYM Office is only able to respond to request regarding affiliations and eligibility. Parents are required to seek local head coach, coordinator, or Athletic Association Representative for concerns or complaints.
- Reminder for coaches that the CYM Office is unable to communicate to all coaches, and communication should filter to the office from assigned coordinators or Athletic Association Representatives.
