No. Once a household account is created and secondary parents & children are added, the only task required for upkeep are updating fields if they change.

The system will prompt you during enrollment each year for medical question(s) updates.

You will still need to sign-in each sport(s) season to enroll in individual programs.

CYM Sports has been serving our community through 90+ years of development, built on Catholic principles such as healthy competition, fairness, and integrity.

While we have strived to adhere to these standards, not all participants may adhere to such in practice. This has led to super-teams forming, pursuit of championships being priority, and parish programs folding.

Within 48 hours of the launch of the new registration and enrollment system, eight accounts were caught to be misaffiliated or to-have doctored documentation from previous registration.

In order to confirm that a parishioner is a parishioner, or a community member is within the boundaries of the parish they would-be associated, this is required in order to deter such practices. This is required on child account creation.

Yes. As long as there is an identifying participants name and school idenfication, or address in the case of community member, it is accepted.

Authorization Forms no longer exist, being replaced with a members pass.

Your child's member pass provides proof that you are affiliated with a program and have met all needs to satisfy participation requirements.

To access, login to your account.

- Under your account, select Enrollments on your userface or sidebar.

-Select the magnifying glass either through desktop or mobile to access your member pass.

(Primary Affiliation must be filled in and match House Affiliation on pass. For those with secondary affiliations, this will be added on a need-to basis.

CYM is conducting an audit of all past affiliations. Authorization forms from previous system will not be accepted.

CYM has placed an affiliation tag, based on required processes of CYM and the Diocese of Wilmington. 

If you wish to be affiliated back at previous affiliation, you will need to submit a Change of Affiliation Request Form, found under resources>downloads.

*Exceptions will be granted for 7th and 8th graders to be grandfathered into previous affiliation, due to error in process from previous year(s).

CYM does not charge any fees to individuals directly, except through add-on offerings. Any cost paid at local level is done at your local program and does not communicate with this system.

The new registration system has a robust "prevent" feature, only allowing a child to participate in the division or skill level allowed for their grade and/or age.
